Vinita Bali to exit Britannia

Vinita Bali, the long standing MD of Britannia Industries, will leave the company in March, two years before her contract expires. The present COO of the company, Varun Berry, will take over after she leaves. The Chairman of the company, Nusli Wadia, commented that the company requires a new person to be more effective in the present environment.
