11% hike for Indians in 2014

Indian employees will receive a hike of 11% according to a Towers Watson report. However, owing inflation, the real rise in wages will only likely be around 2%. In other countries across Asia-Pacific, the hike will be around 7%. India will feature among the countries offering the smallest hikes.
