JLR workers to reject pay deal

The Union of Jaguar Land Rover has advised its workforce to reject the pay deal offered by the company following a recent pay and condition negotiation. The company will have a ballot of union members across JLR plants in the UK on Thursday. The ballot follows a pay offer by the management of JLR to increase pay by 3.6 per cent in the first year and a bonus of 3 per cent in the following two years.
