New sops for workers

The UPA government will announce several sops for workers across the next two weeks, including new minimum wage, an assured minimum pension, and higher salary ceilings for employee benefits, such as gratuity, provident fund, bonus, and healthcare. The measures will be announced starting Wednesday, 5 February.
