Salaries to rise above inflation levels

A Towers Watson-CII study reveals that salaries are expected to rise above inflation levels in the next five years. Additionally, most of these increases will be at the senior levels and not at the mid or junior levels. The study reveals that wage gaps between highest and lowest earners will also widen.
