According to a Kelly Services report, 8 out of 10 employees in India are likely to relinquish higher pay for career advancements. Apart from skill development, work-life balance is one aspect that potential employees consider while taking up jobs. The report states that to attract and retain employees in India, strategies need to go far beyond pay.
