CLO may report into a CEO or a CHRO: Anuranjita Kumar

A CLO may report into either a CEO or a CHRO, depending on the availability of talent and sometimes on the CLO themselves. Rather a more important aspect is that the CLO reporting into the CHRO should not affect the communication and the linkage between the CLO and the CEO.
