Mid-sized IT firms poaching leaders from large firms

A trend has been noticed recently in the Indian IT sector. Mid sized firms are poaching senior executives from large sized firms thereby rendering them more capable of gaining greater management bandwidth and scale. These executives are making the shift to smaller companies with the lure of implementing strategy with a greater degree of freedom compared to larger companies.
