Tata Group starts search for successor

The massive Tata group has started its search for a successor around the world. There are no constraints for the successor, the person can be from inside or outside the Tata group which comprises of a wide range of business varying from salt-to-steel. Although at the moment no family candidate has been publicly identified to take over the role. It is said by top management that it would certainly be easier if that candidate were an Indian national. But now that 65 percent of our revenues come from overseas, it could also be an expatriate sitting in that position with justification now.
