Infosys follows Google appraisal

Infosys is in the process of adopting a staff appraisal process followed by some industry leaders, such as Google and Facebook. According to this news process, clients who were served by executives will be approached for their feedback. This new process will likely affect 160000 employees from its 900 clients.
