KPMG moves away from the bell curve

Joining the pack of companies taking the plunge to move away from the bell curve is consulting firm, KPMG. The shift will come into effect from April 1, 2015. According to senior sources, the company has consciously moved away from the bell curve to encourage collaboration and decrease internal competition.
