Multi-generational workforce big challenge for HR leaders: Randstad

Managing a multi-generational workforce is one of the biggest challenges human resource leaders face, said 70 per cent of HR leaders interviewed as part of Randstad Talent Trends Report. Nearly 54 per cent of HR leaders in India think that more women in leadership will be a critical success factor for organizations.
