Perks for retaining talent by startups

Owing the short supply of skilled talent, Indian startups are offering huge monetary and non-monetary perks to employees to retain them. Unlike Silicon Valley, risk taking is mostly confined to investors and founders of companies. Skilled talent in India seek brand names, and therefore, startups find it difficult to retain talent. The perks offered to employees to retain them include world travel and high salaries.
