Persistent Systems creates M&A team

The HR technology company, Persistent Systems, has created an M&A team to seek acquisitions and achieve revenues of $ 1 billion. The company is presently a $ 320 million revenue-a-year company. The President of the company, Anand Deshpande, believes that the company can hit the target revenue mark only through mergers.
