Worker agitation at Coal India

There is an increasing trend among managerial talent in India rejecting job offers from companies that have 6 day working weeks. According to executive search firm, Executive Access, about 50% of candidates ask for job offers with a five-day working week. Five to seven years ago, this number was 20%. Increasing workload for managers and more stress are the primary causes behind this trend.
