Blackstone's tough hiring process

Blackstone, an analytical company, has created one of the toughest hiring processes. The company recently selected 100 candidates from a pool of 15000. This acceptance rate is approximately 0.7 per cent, which is among the lowest in the industry. According to the company, it is six times harder to get a job at Blackstone than it is to get admission in Harvard or Yale.
