Heavy job increase in 2014 expected

According to estimates, over 8 lakh jobs will likely be created at various levels in 2014. Compared to 2013, this year is likely to be very good in terms of job seekers. The issuance of banking license will likely be a major contributor to the job market in 2014. The salary hikes will likely remain in single digits for average performers and around 15-20% for top performers.
