Low salaries fail to attract pilots

Air Asia is failing to attract pilots at the low salaries it is offering and losing out on competition. The airline is now interviewing pilots for smaller aircrafts such as turboprops. The failure to recruit pilots may delay the launch of the airline in India. A great chunk of the applicants is from the erstwhile Kingfisher Airlines.
