New interview formats emerge

Startups in India and globally have sparked off a trend of new interview formats while hiring. There are several new techniques that startups use to understand fitment, cultural alignment, and IQ. Some of these interview techniques include trick questions, stress inducing tests, and observation of a candidate’s behaviours.
