Research outlines top attraction and retention drivers

A study conducted by Towers Watson, “Global Workforce Study 2014” finds out that the top reasons for joining and staying in an organisation are salary, career advancement opportunities, and job security. The study also reveals that a high percentage of highly engaged workers (42%) in India could potentially leave their job in the next two years.
