A Chief Learning Officer's role demands him/her to wear various hats to be an efficient driver of culture, capabilities, learning, assessments, growth and future technologies in HR. A CLO should also be a Chief Capability Officer, a Chief Culture/Change Officer, a Chief Assessments Officer and a Chief Technology Officer (pertaining to the HR function).
