Kumar Gautam is now HR Head at Baxter India

Baxter India has appointed Kumar Gautam as its HR Head. Gautam was earlier working with Whirlpool of India Ltd as Director & Head of Human Resources, India Business. 

He has broad international experience as an HR leader spanning across India, China, Hong-Kong, Australia and Europe. 

The Symbiosis Institute of Business Management alumnus, Gautam has worked extensively at Whirlpool from 2006 till mid-June 2016. His main responsibility as he has shared on LinkedIn talks about: Cultural transformation, Building go-to-market and Talent Capability which has led to improvement in Talent Mix, Productivity, Market Share & Engagement through HR actions in B2B, Trade Channel and Retail space. He has also been involved in integrating large spread out retail work-force through technology and building go-to-market capability to support “Counter Extraction” and hence impacting market share.
