Recognition comes to employees in a myriad of ways such as the Star of the Month Awards where eight winners across the organization are chosen as Super Stars, Platinum Star, Gold Star or Silver Star. Criteria for their selection include delivery of ratings, cost saving, revenue generation, etc. Apart from the monetary aspect of the award, the idea of giving them in front of the entire organization in their Town Hall meet makes the event truly special for a recipient. Every employee in a team is eligible for Instant Recognition Awards that ensures 80% coverage of each individual unit. Selection for these awards is linked to the organizational goals, peer recognition and more. These awards are integrated into various business functions by acquiring an appropriate name. They could be called New Idea Innovation at Work, Going Out of Your Way to Help Another Team Member, Going Beyond the Brief to do a Given Task Efficiently or Getting a New Client on Board thereby encouraging those actions by employees.
Work-life balance is enabled by some regular and some unique facilities. Adoption Assistance comes with a financial kick start to any employee who chooses to adopt a child. Consultancy services are arranged for tax consultation; Mediclaim help or legal consultation by senior advocates is provided. Broker tie-ups assist new employees find accommodation if they have moved cities. Life Series give employees opportunities to pursue special interests or fitness within the confines of the workplace. Based on an employee survey, multiple activities are offered under the program. If currently pilates and kickboxing are a rage, then it was guitar, aerobics and salsa classes earlier.
Employee feedback on their employer has been highly appreciative.
