Aim for excellence and not perfection. Nothing will ever be perfect. There will always be room for improvement. Stop making things hard for you by running after perfection.

This way, when the time comes, you are better prepared to deal with it in real-time. For example, if you are going to be playing a game of cricket in front of a large group of people in the next couple of days, imagine playing the game in your mind. Get at least 8 – 10 hours of sleep every day, no matter what your work schedules are. Practice going to bed and waking up the next day at the same time. Avoid caffeine and alcohol, reading, eating or watching television before bedtime.
Exercise not only helps you to keep fit, but it also elevates your mood. Energy levels automatically go up.
Helping your weary mind and body to cope with stress and fatigue requires you to eat healthy meals and on time. Do not skip any meals irrespective of work pressures and deadlines.
