India based Leadership and Organizational Development Consulting firm InspireOne has appointed Sumit Sahni as CEO and Partner, effective 2nd July 2018. As the new leader of the firm, Sumit will be responsible for taking the Firm to its next growth phase.

“Sumit has joined InspireOne with a clear mandate to take the Firm to its next growth phase. We are confident that he would prove to be an inspiring leader and ensure the highest order of Client work,” said Deepak Mohla, Managing Director, InspireOne.

Deepak believes that Sumit’s personal values and principles resonate with that of InspireOne making him a perfect fit for the role of leading the company. 

Interestingly, this is not the first time that Sumit would be working for InspireOne. He was associated with the company earlier when he led the practice of Customer Centricity and Organisation Development for the firm. 

“It is like a homecoming for Sumit. In his first tenure with InspireOne, he had led the practice of Customer Centricity and Organisation Development. His personal values and principles resonate with that of InspireOne and this would ensure for our clients’ continued quality of professional work,”  shared Deepak. 

Before joining InspireOne, Sumit was working as Director- Corporate Learning, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East in Harvard Business Publishing. He started this role in Harvard Publishing in 2014 after heading the Solution Design & Delivery for South Asia and the Middle East in the same company for about five years. 

Now, Sumit is excited for his new role in InspireOne and looks forward to leading the firm to further growth and development. 

“I am really excited to come back to InspireOne. We have a wide solutions portfolio, a great client base and a strong team of professionals,” Sumit exclaimed.

He further added, “I look forward to working with my fellow colleagues and leading the firm through its next growth phase.”

Sumit has a diploma in strategic management, social psychology and organization behavior from London Business School (LSE). Sumit is also a certified branded culture consultant from BCS America and a certified emotional intelligence (EI) coach. Sumit has trained close to 6000 people in workshops that he has conducted in India, U.S, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Singapore, Manila, Thailand, Middle East and China.
