A PhD in Psychology, Deepika has around 15 years of experience in academics, Training and Development, Designing of Employment Engagement Initiatives, Employee Counseling and Psychometric Assessment. She has been actively involved in research in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Employee Engagement and Life Satisfaction.
