Neelacantan (Neel) heads Training and Development at Akamai Technologies. Over a career spanning nearly 16 years, Neel has worked with organizations such as Infosys, Fidelity in various roles across Technology/Operations, Delivery, Training and LnD. His primary area of interest is designing creative learning experiences for teams and organizations. Learning Technology is among the newer areas he is focussed on at Akamai.
He is certified in various tools like DISC, Hogan and Lego Serious Play among other things. He is an avid reader, interested in new technologies and learning methods, design and games to name a few.
