Sridhar Ganesh

Sridhar Ganesh is the Director-Human Resources of the Murugappa Corporate Board and Lead Director of the Diversified Business Group (DBG). He is a graduate in Physics, and holds a post graduate diploma in Management from IIM, Kolkata. He has over 30 years of experience in varied facets of human resource management, at both operational and strategic levels and he specialises in coaching. Prior to joining the Group, he was Director-Learning & Development, Cadbury Schweppes plc-Europe, Middle-East and Africa.
