Vorstand 3.0: A one of a kind Simulation-based Case Study Competition is an opportunity for students to solve intense business issues and address the case from diverse perspectives. The competition is designed to test the analytical capabilities, technical know-how, presentation skills, communication and behavioral competencies.

Agenda

Vorstand 3.0 - Round 1 - Online Preliminary Round: It is a case study round, with a business case from the field of Human Resources. It will test the business acumen, domain knowledge, analytical and presentation skills of the participants. The case will be shared with all the registered teams along with the desired solution format guidelines once the registrations are closed.
Round 2: Live Business Case Challenge: A live business case study will be open for the shortlisted students. The participants need to prepare a solution beforehand in the form of the prescribed format and mail before the presentation round. A presentation on the case solution will then be given to the jury from the industry. The selected finalists will be fighting for the trophy in the final round.
Final Round: Boardroom Simulation: It is a business simulation round, with the aim to intensify the problem statement and map the finalists from Round 2 on varied skill sets under a boardroom setup, with industry stalwarts continuously moderating & evaluating them.
