Confluence 2015 is our Mega Alumni meet where we expect almost 2000 participants, perhaps more (Almost 10,000 alumni have passed out of XISS so far!) over the course of 6-8th November (Core programme from 6th Evening to 8th Morning) to grace the occasion and deliberate topics ranging from the Future of Talent & HR, to sustainability and Societal change, Digital India etc. We have 5 Chaupal Sessions lined up on day 2 on XISS Vision 2030, Digital India, Talent map 2030, Sustainable Development and Economics of Inclusive Growth. Each Chaupal can be hosted (Moderator) and managed by a Corporate. We expect about 2000 people, at least 50% of whom will be HR Functionaries.
