For the 5th year running, People Matters is proud to partner with Right Management to present the HiPo Week 2017!
Taking the leap forward for the 5th consecutive year, Right Management & People Matters bring the HiPo week yet again with a fresh perspective. So far, our HiPo Week had enriched discussion around various facets of HiPo Development. In the first year, we covered the initial stages of HiPo programs including the identification and nomination, to communication, to development programs and measurement. In the second year, we analyzed the perspectives of the different stakeholders: the CEO, the CHRO, the program leader and the HiPos themselves. The third year, HiPo week focused on designing and customizing HiPo programs with the goal of optimizing investments to create leaders by 2020. Last year we explored how HiPo’s can enhance the Employer Value Proposition by actively taking on the role of a Brand Ambassador.
Taking this journey forward, this year we are excited to bring to you a new season of HiPo Week on the theme "HiPo Program-Has the rubber met the road?". This year we will focus on the effectiveness of the HiPo programs. While HiPo programs are extremely critical to build a strong leadership pipeline and future-proof organizations, an increased focus is on how we really can overcome the challenges and augment the impact.
