Event: Tweetchat - Emergence Through Excellence: What’s Next in the World of Work?

  • When: Friday, 23rd July, 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM IST
  • Location: Twitter, using the hashtag #TechHRIN
  • Who should attend: HR professionals, Business leaders, Technology leaders

Year 2020 was a lot about surviving and experimenting with new ways of working, that too in a pandemic. Majority of the leaders embraced technology, digital learning witnessed massive growth, wellness and inclusion became top priorities for businesses. Flexible working, burnout leaves, data-driven people decisions, gig working, re-emergence of HR and tech solutions, and more. With everything disrupted, considering going back to the old ways of working is not at all a winning strategy. Culture has evolved and teams have rallied around a purpose and around serving the customer. For continued business growth and to stay on the top with the right people strategy, business and HR leaders must hold on to this new agile work culture driven by tech. If 2020 was the year of The Great Reset, 2021 is all about Emergence Through Excellence.

We have the chance to stride ahead and build a better-than-ever world of people and work. Empowered by technology, it is HR who has to lead this journey. But as we advance, there are a few important questions we must reflect upon. Hence, as a precursor to the People Matters TechHR India 2021’s theme, we invite HR and business leaders to come together and answer the question that stares us in the face- what next?

Questions:

Q1. What is the one thing that defines the emergence of HR as an accelerator to business?

Q2. For the next one year, what are your three key talent priorities?

Q3. How can HR leverage tech to transform people & work as we move to hybrid models?

Q4.What is the one thing HR leaders must start doing to become more digital, data-centric and business-driven?

Q5. What should be the key skills HR needs to build to ensure business excellence for the new period of The Great Emergence?

To participate in this Tweetchat please use the hashtag #TechHRIN on Twitter and tweet your answers to the respective question number (e.g. Q1/A1)
