Role and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Identify workforce needs and talent gaps to proactively address recruitment challenges.
• Oversee and actively managed the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through various channels to candidate selection and offer management.
• Utilize a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and talent databases, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Strengthen the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
• Collaborate with the concerned teams to promote the organization's culture, values, and employee value proposition.
• Champion a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and gather feedback to continually improve the recruitment process.
• Establish key recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
• Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions, optimize recruitment processes, and improve the quality of hires.
• Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to optimize their performance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
• Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and managing costs effectively.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates and promoting a diverse workforce.
• Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a fair and ethical recruitment process.
