Role and responsibilities:

• Partnering with the Talent Product Team Lead and Career Development Transformation Program/other Program team(s) to define roadmaps and priorities for the technology portfolio.
• Manage the end-to-end technical delivery across all phases/lifecycle of product/program roadmaps.
• Steering the Career Development transformation/other program(s), managing and delivering on the program plan in close collaboration with functional stakeholders, architects, development teams
• Working closely with key stakeholders to understand business problems and surfacing technology options to address those problems – including experimenting with emerging technologies.
• Applying Agile software development methodologies and principles, including work estimation techniques, TDD, BDD etc.
• Overseeing technical architecture, tooling, platforms & systems in coordination with Enterprise Architecture, and ensuring compliance with standards and guardrails
• Understanding the Data and Integrations landscape and partnering with expert teams and stakeholders to drive enterprise level integration, reporting and analytics requirements.
• Collaborate with other enterprise teams on UX design, security best practices, cloud and platform engineering.
• Coaching the team of engineers, technical specialists, and architects -- and introducing new technologies and practices as needed
• Leading technical analysis of custom-built applications, estimating.
• Driving release management and automation best practices
• Ensuring proper root cause analysis and remediation is executed during any incidents or outages.
• Working with vendors to augment team capacity and knowledge.
