Role and responsibilities:

• Translate proposed initiatives in physical, mental, social, financial wellbeing into executable programs, annual priorities, and targets.
• Be accountable for measuring and tracking the impact and effectiveness of the Benefits and Wellness programs.
• Relationship management with the vendor and monitor performance.
• Ad hoc projects to enhance employee experience related to Total Rewards
• Support the overall planning and execution of Year End Compensation exercise.
• Provide year end reporting support & data management throughout the year.
• Provide support for Compensation projects across India.
• Provide Market Intelligence through different resources like secondary research.
• Planning and executing employee benefits and wellness initiatives.
• Work with internal & external stakeholders to execute the initiatives as per calendar.
