After working for the FMCG brand for more than eighteen long years, Srinivas P.M has been given the responsibility to lead the India HR operations. 

Srinivas has been appointed as HR Head, India Sub – Continent and he will be responsible for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh business. He will report to Madhusudhan Gopalan, MD, P&G India.  

Confirming the news to People Matters, He said, “The journey with P&G is a very fulfilling and learning experience. Working in different geographies has given me the idea of sales and HR in the organization.” He is looking forward to strengthening his bond with the workforce in coming days. 

P&G has changed the HR function in the last couple of months. It can be recalled that in May 2018, Sonali Roychowdhury has been appointed as Head, Asia Pacific, Supply Chain, HR for Singapore region. Srinivas has replaced her in the India region. 

Srinivas joined P&G India in the year 2000 as a Management Trainee and worked in different roles over the time. He worked in different sections such as Compensation and Benefits, Supply Chain. In his long tenure, he managed different geographies such as Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Australia and Taiwan.

He is an alumnus of Nagpur University and Symbiosis College, Pune.
