Shriram Capital Private Ltd., the holding company of the Shriram Group, announced the appointment of Subhasri as its Managing Director and CEO, effective September 1. Before being named as MD, Subhasri served as the joint MD.

She has been working with Shriram Group since 1991 as an Officer in the NBFC business, and over the years, Subhasri has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and expansion.

"We are delighted to elevate Subhasri as the new MD and CEO of Shriram Capital. Her dedication and cross functional understanding of the Group have been instrumental in shaping the success of our group," said DV Ravi, executive vice chairman of Shriram Capital.
