Hinduja Global Solutions names new CEO for Europe
Back-office company Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) has appointed Matthew Vallance as Chief Executive Officer for Europe with an eye on increasing its revenues from the continent. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director for Europe and Emerging Markets at Sutherl’and Global Services. He had served as CEO of Firstsource Solutions till 2012. In the UK, it operates from three contact centers. It handles over 50,000 customer interactions a day across 14 languages.
