Infosys BPO sacked its CFO, Abraham Matthews, for failing to comply with the company’s code of conduct. In addition, the CEO of the company, Gautam Thakkar, has quit stating moral responsibility for the issue. The company appointed veteran Infosysians, Anup Uphadhaya as CEO and MD, and Deepak Bhalla as CFO.
