Kishore Chandra Das has joined Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) as the director (Personnel). 

Prior to this, Das was working as Executive Director (HR) at Mazagon Dock Ship Builders Ltd, a PSU under the Ministry of Defence for a period of over five years. 

He has also been associated with Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) as HR personnel in various capacities for the duration of over 15 years. He has also served in several joint ventures of GAIL.  

With overall experience of 29 years, Kishore Chandra Das has worked in the core HR domain and has an excellent track record. 

As per the RINL press release, his major areas of his contributions include human resource development, industrial relations and skill development. Also, in the release, he is appreciated for his commendable hard work and proven leadership in all facets of Human Resource Management.
