Over the last few months there have been a lot of top-level shake ups; the HR domain too has not been left untouched. The latest to this spate of top-level shake-ups is Nishchae Suri, MD at consulting firm Mercer. He is quitting Mercer and Rajeev Grover, senior partner and global head of operations, will be the interim leader for Mercer Consulting in India. According to media reports Suri is expected to join rival KPMG as human capital head. Meanwhile, Ganesh Shermon, who headed the human capital division at KPMG, is leaving the firm for personal reasons.
It seems that there is an exchange of talent; last month, Russel Parera, former CEO of KPMG, joined PwC to lead client service and assurance markets and industries, and Ambarish Dasgupta, a PwC veteran of 20 years who held the post of national consulting leader and east region managing partner, was roped in by KPMG to head the management consulting practice.
