Krish Iyer was named as the new President and CEO of Walmart India. Iyer will replace Ramnik Narsey, who was appointed as the interim head of Walmart India in June. He will report to Walmart Asia regional president and CEO, Scott Price. Iyer joined Walmart in 2012 as senior vice-president.

Prior to joining Walmart Iyer was the MD and CEO of Piramyd Retail and held senior positions in the Asian operations of Hong Kong-based A.S. Watson group.
