Surge in campus job pay scales
The recent placement season reveals that there has been a hike of more than 20 per cent in pay scales offered to campus hires in top business schools in India this year. Some of the top business schools who have seen this trend, includes MDI Gurgaon, SPJIMR, IIFT, XIM Bhubaneshwar, NMIMS, WeSchool and SIBM, Pune. Besides the boom in campus placements, the number of international offers have also risen this year.
