TCS announces one-time bonus

TCS has announced a one-time bonus for employees with a massive investment of Rs. 2628 crore. This is the biggest bonus announcement by any company in Indian history. Every employee in seat for more than a year will get on week’s pay for every year of service. This will impact approximately 250000 employees in the company.
