To increase the number of differentially abled employees, Future Group announced that 5% of its workforce will comprise differentially abled employees. According to the company, there are nearly 70 million skilled differentially abled candidates in the market. Currently nearly 70-80 people in the company’s workforce of 32000 are differentially abled.
