Vice President and Head HR of Infosys, Raghavendra K, in an interview with The Economic Times revealed that an employer’s commitment toward people issues is revealed to a great extent by measuring their investments in L&D. He believes that irrespective of the state of business, it is important to continue to focus on capability building and learning.

Amongst the many approaches, a couple of areas where LD effectiveness has been enhanced is the focus on digitisation and proper vendor management.
