IBA Chief open for talks with union

With the 2-day strike of all state run banking establishments in the country nearing, the Chief of the Indian Banking Association (IBA), Mohan V. Tanksale, announced that the management is open for talks with the union. The IBA has invited the union for negotiations and discussing their demands. The IBA has already offered a 5 per cent hike in salary and have called the union for talks on January 13.
