Nokia workers management to meet
Workers of Nokia’s Chennai plant are planning to meet the management on Wednesday to discuss the fate of the factory. The factory is currently under an income tax dispute. The factory and its workers is scheduled to get transferred to Microsoft on March 31. The Nokia Chennai factory employs 8,000 workers with 50 per cent of it comprising women.
