Unrest at TTK Chennai plant

Workers of TTK Protective Devices have launched a protest against the company’s move to shut down its manufacturing facility in Chennai. The company has offered VRS to its 182 employees and only 32 have accepted the offer. The remaining 150 gathered outside the corporate office of the company in Chennai and demanded salaries of the last 2 months which have not been paid and resumption of production.
