Ma Foi brand to exit maiden HR business

K Pandiarajan, who founded one of the country’s largest recruitment firms, Ma Foi Management Consultants, has decided to exit fully from the maiden venture and start afresh by floating a brand new outfit. Also, Pandiarajan, along with his wife, is to start a new business with a focus on management consulting and education.

K Pandiarajan, who founded one of the country’s largest recruitment firms, Ma Foi Management Consultants, has decided to exit fully from the maiden venture and start afresh by floating a brand new outfit. Also, Pandiarajan, along with his wife, is to start a new business with a focus on management consulting and education.

The new company, christened Ma Foi Strategic Consultants Pvt. Ltd., proposes to have three verticals: strategic engagement with organization; research and analytical organization; and management education and professional development. Under strategic engagement with organizations, the company would provide end-to-end solutions. The company would provide consultancy and also execute the proposal. It has already tied up with four companies in e-learning, information technology, media and retail. In research and analytical, it plans to acquire three-to-four companies across the country.
